CANCELLATION, RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
NRSH reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or violation of terms of sale.
Refund Process
For prepaid orders, approved refunds will be initiated within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
Once processed, the refund amount typically reflects in the original payment method within 15 working days, depending on the bank or payment service provider.
Returns & Replacements
NRSH accepts returns or replacements only in cases where the product received is damaged, incorrect, or missing items from the order.
Customers may open the outer packaging and, if required, the product packaging only for verification purposes. The product must not be consumed or used, and original packaging should be retained wherever applicable.
Returns or replacements are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, taste preference, or personal dislike.
Failed or Incomplete Transactions
In cases where the payment amount is deducted but the order is not successfully confirmed, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded to the original payment source within 3–5 working days.
Reporting an Issue
Customers must report any issues related to damaged, missing, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images of:
The product received
Outer packaging
Invoice (if available)
Failure to report within the specified timeframe may result in rejection of the request.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These policies shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
Cancellation before shipment
If the order or the product that you want has not yet been shipped, you can write to our customer support on info@nrsh.in or call us on 8511442026 (Monday to Sunday), 10 AM to 7 PM for cancelling your order.
In such cases, the order will be cancelled and the money will be refunded to you within 15 days, after the cancellation request is processed.
Return request not accepted
Return or replacement requests will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
The product has been consumed, used, or tampered with beyond reasonable verification.
The original packaging, including outer box and any complimentary items (if applicable), is missing or substantially damaged.
The product has been altered, diluted, or mixed after delivery.
The return request is raised after 30 days from the date of receiving the delivery.
The product is a free or promotional item provided along with the order.
